Visa to Russia

All foreign citizens crossing the border of Russia should have a visa.

You have to apply for tourist visa.

Conference Secretariat can help you in getting your tourist visa support documents.

Tourist voucher or business invitation is not a visa.

For getting any invitation one should send a copy of his passport with expiry date exceeding 6 months after the trip to the Conference Secretariat by email:  QISIN-2012@yandex.ru

Upon getting from you all necessary documents, the Conference Secretariat will prepare a corresponding invitation (tourist voucher) and send it to you by Email or fax. If the Russian Embassy/Consulate in your city demands an original, mailing costs are on your own expense and are paid additionally.

Tourist visa

This visa is valid for a limited period coinciding with duration of your stay at the hotel, which you have already booked via Conference Secretariat. A tourist visa allows visiting only one Russian city. Conference Secretariat will send you a special voucher and a hotel reservation confirmation, which are necessary to get your tourist visa at the Russian Embassy/Consulate.

Making this paperwork takes 5 working days since receiving all the documents from you.

Tourist visa support issue costs € 30 (should be paid to Conference Secretariat). You will have to pay additionally for visa right at the Russian consulate/embassy.

Important guidelines to proper filling in your tourist visa application:

Reason for visit to Russia (Object of journey): TOURISM (please do not state any other purpose of visit as you are applying for a Tourist visa). Individual trip. Hotel “ Ladoga-hotel ”.

ATTENTION: The deadline for Tourist visa support documents booking via Conference Secretariat is August 15, 2012
